Key FOB(s) provide convenient access to the community facilities.
- Each Property/Lot can have up to two key FOBs issued to the Owner or Property Manager.
- Key FOBs are available at the Community Building Mon-Sat 8:00 am to 3:00 pm or by mail.
- Cost for the key FOBs are $30.00 for the 1st and $50.00 for any additional key FOB.
- Payment is accepted by Check or Cash; no electronic payment method is available.
- Key FOB(s) are not issued to vacation renters.

The community building is open 7 days a week 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Access is granted via key FOB.

*Water Meters are required in all homes/structures. Water Meters are available at the Community Building Mon-Sat 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Cost for the water meter is $451.00 and accepted payment is check or cash; no electronic payment method is available. All Properties have a Community Service Fee (ie. HOA fee) and depending on location will have up to 3 assessments (there will be a 4th assessment later this year).
The two links below allow for each property owner to determine what their total annual cost will be. All fees are billed through Lawrence County on the property owner’s property tax statement (due with April payment).
